Here is my very first interaction with Jelena back in 2021. Upon reaching some tier of their VIP program I was assigned a VIP host. Stake’s VIP program is the most attentive to the customer and the best I have seen in twenty years of casino gaming. A plus to their VIP program is that they offer daily reload bonuses based on your activity. The drawback to the reload is that it must be renewed by the player every five days. So many of our interactions are me asking for the reload bonus to be reactivated. This must be a pain for the hosts, especially with so many customers having to ask during the week. Jelena always handles it promptly. But this is maybe an area that could use some improvement in the VIP program.

Even when something doesn’t go the way Stake planned, Jelena made sure to correct the issue or offer a helpful suggestion to resolve the problem.

With the ever-changing face of gaming laws in so many different countries, Jelena was knowledgeable and knew that some Provinces had restricted Evolution games at the time.

This one is kind of personally sad for me. This interaction was the day after my father passed. Jelena answered my question about a technical error that occurred and graciously offered her condolences.
